To update your limits on your policy:
1. Log in to your NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "My Coverage"
3. Select "Policy details" in the three blue dots next to the policy you would like to update.
4. You’ll see your current plan. Choose between Basic, Pro, and Pro Plus plan to review the limit changes and the change in premium. Click Update plan.
5. Read over the statement, confirm you agree, and select “Confirm update.”
Alternatively, you may have the option to customize your limits further if you have one of our newer policies. If that is the case, please use the instructions below to update your limits:
1. Log in to your NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "My Coverage"
3. Select the policy that you wish to update.
4. You'll be taken to a page showing the details of the policy. Click the "Manage coverage" button and then you can change your limits via the drop-down menus!
5. Once you have made your changes, click the "Check price" button to see what the price would be for that change. If you would like to go through with the change, click "Apply changes".
