For out-of-state address changes, we'll need to cancel your current policy and get you signed up with a policy in your new state.
To cancel your policy:
- Log in to your NEXT customer account.
- Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "My Coverage."
- Select the three blue dots on the policy you’d like to cancel and select “Cancel Policy.”
- Read over the statement, select a reason for cancellation, and click “Cancel Coverage.”
To purchase an updated policy:
- Select "Get Instant Quote" on NEXT to complete the short application under a new email address.
- Purchase the policy of your choice.
Please note that you'll need to cancel and repurchase within the same day to avoid a gap in insurance coverage. Once you purchase, you'll be logged into your account where you can access your certificate of insurance and policy documents right away!
