Some customers are able to add an address through their customer account.
To update your address through your mobile app:
- Log in to your mobile app.
- From the main menu, select "Account" and click “My business”
- Next to the Location section, click “+Add location”.
- Enter your new address and click "Next."
To update your address through your online account:
- Log in to your NEXT account.
- Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "My business."
- Next to the Location section, click “+Add location”.
- Enter your new address and click "Next."
If there is a change in price, you’ll be able to review the new price before finalizing the address update.
Please note, if you are a California resident you will be required to complete the number of employees, activities, and payroll for each location. For more information on address changes for California requirements please refer to the article "I am a California resident. What requirements are there for updating my address information?".
If you are unable to change the address in your customer account, it may require assistance from our support team to change it. Please reach out to them for further assistance. If you need to add the address of an Additional Insured, you can do so by creating a Certificate of Insurance and adding them as a Certificate Holder.
To add an additional insured to your live certificate:
1. Log in to your NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Certificate" tab in the menu.
3. Click "Create Custom Certificate" to include a certificate holder.
4. Manually enter the certificate holder's name and address.
5. Click "Next", and you will have the option to select endorsements and other designations to include for the requesting certificate holder.
6. Select any notices or permissions you'd like this certificate holder to have. Answer any additional questions that may pop up. Click "Next".
7. Review and confirm. If everything looks good, click "Create customer certificate" and view your live certificate.
