You can make a missed payment or update your credit/debit card or your bank information anytime through your online account or mobile app. We do not accept prepaid cards.
To make a missed payment or update your card information through your mobile app:
1. Log in to your mobile app.
2. From the main menu, select "Billing."
3. To make a missed payment with the same card, select "Retry payment."
4. To update your card or bank information, select the blue pencil icon in the "Payment Card" section.
To make a missed payment or update your card information through your online account:
1. Log in to your NEXT account.
2. Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "Billing."
3. To make a missed payment with the same card, select "Retry payment."
4. To update your card information, select the blue pencil icon in the "Payment Card" section.
If you used an ACH payment method through your bank, you will need to reach out to our support team for assistance when retrying failed payments. You can reach them at support@nextinsurance.com or by clicking the "Chat with us" option on this website. Our business hours are from Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST.
