We offer the option for customers to make automatic monthly payments or pay their annual premium in full.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot pause payments or allow early payments.
Either a credit or a debit card can be used as the method of payment. Please note we do not accept prepaid cards for monthly payment plans. Your premium will be the same whether you decide to pay on an annual or monthly basis.
Additionally, we can also accept ACH payments from your bank. Please be aware that we cannot switch between credit card payments and ACH payments. You will need to use the same type of payment method on your account even if you do switch cards or bank accounts.
At the time of purchase, the payment for the first and last month is required. After that initial payment, every 30 days, the monthly payment is automatically collected from the card we have on file. This is to ensure you do not lose coverage immediately in the case of a failed payment. While we know you never anticipate missing a monthly payment, we also understand that life happens. This down payment at the start of your policy ensures that in the case of failed payment, you will have 30-days to make up that missing payment.
Additionally, we will never make you pay for coverage that you don’t use. Say you were to cancel your policy for any reason before it expires - you will receive a prorated refund for whatever month you are in and a full refund of the policy’s 12th month.
