At NEXT, we offer flexible payment options to fit your needs. You can choose to make automatic monthly payments or pay your full yearly premium upfront.
Payment Options & Methods
The cost of your premium remains the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. We accept both credit and debit cards, as well as ACH payments from your bank account. You have the flexibility to switch between these payment methods at any time.
Keep in mind that we do not accept prepaid cards for monthly payment plans.
Making Payments
When you buy your policy, you'll make an initial payment to start your coverage. All future payments for your coverage will be automatically charged using the payment method you have on file. You can always check the billing page in your customer account to see when your next payment is due.
- Yearly Plan: You'll pay for your entire coverage upfront. Your next payment will be due one month before your policy renews.
- Monthly Plan: You'll make an initial payment, and we'll tell you when your next automatic monthly payment is due.
Missed Payments & Cancellations
We understand that things happen, and sometimes a payment might be missed. The initial payment you make helps ensure that if a future payment fails, you'll have extra time to make it up. We will notify you by email and give you a specific number of days to pay before your policy is canceled.
We will never make you pay for coverage you don't use. If you cancel your policy before it expires for any reason, you'll receive a prorated refund for any unused coverage.
