You can manage missed payments or update your credit card, debit card, or bank account information at any time through your online account or our mobile app. We do not accept prepaid cards.
Using the Mobile App
To update your payment information through the mobile app:

Log in to the app and select Billing from the main menu.

Select Edit in the "Payment Method" section to update your card or bank information.

Click “Confirm.”
Using Your Online Account
To update your payment information through your online account:

Log in to your NEXT account.

Go to the Account tab in the menu and select Billing.

Select Edit in the "Payment Method" section to update your card or bank information.

Click “Confirm.”
Important Information About Failed Payments

If a payment has failed on a credit or debit card, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge. To retry the payment immediately, please reach out to us. Alternatively, you can update your payment information to a new card or bank account, which will automatically trigger the charge for the outstanding balance.

If a payment has failed with an ACH (bank) payment, you will need to contact our support team to retry the payment.
