Once you have added any endorsements to a certificate, they are available in your online account through the Document Center! The Document Center allows you to access all of your policy documents, certificates, and endorsements that have ever been created.
You can access your endorsements in the Document Center using these instructions:
1. From the homepage of your customer account, hover over the "Account" tab at the top and click "Document center."
2. Click the down arrow next to the “Endorsements” section.
3. Click the download button next to your desired endorsement.
If the endorsement is not listed in the 'Endorsements' section, it may be included as a blanket endorsement within your overall policy documents. For example, your Additional Insured endorsement page will be in your policy documents as this particular endorsement is available to you from your policy's inception. In this case, follow these instructions:
1. From the homepage of your customer account, hover over the "Account" tab at the top and click "Document center."
2. Click the down arrow next to the “Policies” section.
3. Click the download button next to the policy for which you need the endorsement.
4. Once downloaded, you can review the document for the endorsement needed.
Additionally, if an endorsement has not yet been added, it will not appear in the endorsement section of your account. For assistance with locating an endorsement, please reach out to our support team at support@nextinsurance.com.
