We are more than happy to share your certificate with any third party you request, but we do also allow the option for you to send this certificate from our letterhead through your online account!
If you wanted to share a certificate of yours from our letterhead, please follow these instructions:
1. Login to your account at www.nextinsurance.com
2. Click the "Certificates" tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the certificate that you want to share.
4. Click the "Send from ERGO NEXT Insurance" option under the "Share Certificate" section to the right of the page.
5. Enter in the contact information of the third party you want the certificate shared with and then click "Submit".
Once you are done, your certificate will be shared from our email directly with the third party that you listed!
Alternatively, you can also reach out to our support team to ask for us to share your certificate! You can do so by either emailing us at support@nextinsurance.com or chatting with us on our website.
