Your policy with ERGO NEXT should automatically renew, and we typically inform you once the process has started around 35-95 days before the expiration date of your policy (as determined by state requirements). Once we have started that process, we will have your renewal documents prepared. These documents become available to your online account once they activate on your renewal date, but we can provide them to you early on request!
If you need a certificate or other policy documents for your renewal early, please reach out to your support team at support@nextinsurance.com so we can forward them to you! Alternatively, you can use the "Chat with us" option to request them as well!
