Once your policy is up for renewal you will be able to request non-renewal in your customer account.
It is important to note that you can only non-renew one policy at a time. For example, if you have General Liability and Inland Marine insurance, you would have to go through these steps twice, once for Inland Marine and once for General Liability.
To non-renew your policy:
1. Log in to your NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "My Coverage".
3. Click the three blue dots on the policy you’d like to non-renew and click “Cancel Policy”.
4. Read over the statement and select a reason for cancellation.
5. Click "Don't renew after expiration on [date]".
6. Click “Confirm”.
To ensure that you processed the non-renewal accurately, you will see "Will expire on [date]" next to the policy in the Coverage tab.
If you also need to cancel a currently active policy, please refer to the instructions in "How do I cancel my policy? Can I cancel one policy while keeping another?"
