To update the number of employees through your mobile app:
1. Log in to your mobile app.
2. From the main menu, select "My business."
3. In the "Activities and Payroll" section, select the blue pencil icon next to "Employees."
4. Answer the questions and select “Submit.”
To update the number of employees through your online account:
1. Log in to your NEXT account.
2. Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "My business."
3. In the "Activities and Payroll" section, select the blue pencil icon next to "Employees."
4. Answer the questions and select “Submit.”
If there's a change in price, you’ll be able to review your new price before finalizing these changes. Once the change is processed, you’ll be taken back to your account. Your updated policy documents will be automatically sent to the email on your account.
