You can update your contact name, email, and phone number directly in your online account or mobile app. Please note that if you change the contact name to a person other than yourself, it will grant that person permission to request policy information, documents, and changes.
To update the contact information through your mobile app:
1. Log in to your mobile app.
2. From the main menu, select "My business."
3. Select the blue pencil icon next to "Contact info" to edit the name, email or phone number.
To update the contact information through your online account:
1. Log in to your NEXT account.
2. Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "My business."
3. Select the blue pencil icon next to "Contact info" to edit the name, email or phone number.
