Go to NEXT Insurance and click the "login" button in the upper right-hand corner.
Enter the email address or phone number you used when you purchased your policy and we'll send you a verification code.
Open your email in a new tab or check your text messages to retrieve your code. We recommend searching through your spam folder for the email with the verification code, as sometimes our emails are incorrectly filtered. Adding hello@nextinsurance.com to your address book/contacts can ensure that our emails are not sent to spam in the future.
Head back to the login page and enter your verification code.
If that doesn't work, we recommend clearing your internet browser history and cache and re-attempting to login, or attempting to login through a different browser.
You could also potentially have an account through our NEXT Agency department. That department assists with policies where we work with partners to quote policies that are carried by other companies outside of NEXT. If you obtained insurance through Gusto, Quickbooks, or AP Intego, then you obtained insurance through this department. You will follow the same process outlined above: logging in with your email and inputting the one time verification code sent to you. Your username and password are no longer required.
