We can’t unsubscribe you from emails with essential account-related information about your NEXT coverage, such as payment confirmations, renewal notifications, or claims information.
Non-account related emails have an “Unsubscribe” button or link in the footer (bottom) of the email. (If an email of ours doesn’t have one, that means it’s considered essential for your coverage.)
To unsubscribe from all non-essential emails:
1. Find an email from us that has an “Unsubscribe” button or link in the footer.
2. Select “Unsubscribe.”
3. Follow the steps as prompted.
It can take up to seven business days for your request to take effect.
