You can access your policy documents and certificates of insurance 24/7 in your customer account. For physical copies, you can download the document(s) and then follow your normal steps for printing something from your device.
To print policy documents:
1. Log in to your ERGO NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "My Coverage"
3. Find the policy you’d like to review and open the three dot menu.
4. Select “Download policy.” Once it’s finished downloading, you can print it.
To print certificate of insurance documents:
1. Log in (portal.nextinsurance.com) to your ERGO NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Certificate" tab in the menu.
3. Find the certificate of insurance you'd like to review
4. Select "Download." Once it's finished downloading, you can print it.
