You can access any certificates, endorsement pages, or other documents from your previous year's policies through our Document Center in your online account! Your account will mostly show your current documentation, but the Document Center has all of your account's documents both current and previous.
You can use the following instructions on how to access them:
1. Log into your account on our website.
2. From the homepage of your customer account, hover over the "Account" tab at the top and click "Document center."
3. Click the down arrow next to the section for what type of document you want to access.
4. Click the download button next to your desired document.
You can access certificates, your policy pages, endorsements, billing receipts, and your loss run reports from the Document Center! There will be dates by each document showing when it was created.
