Yes, your clients can stay updated with your coverage by adding them as a follower in your NEXT customer account. A follower will receive notifications for coverage updates, such as cancellations, limit changes, new coverage additions, reinstatements, business name and/or a structure change, address change, and vehicle changes.
To add a follower to your Live Certificate and automatically send them notifications with updates about changes to your coverage:
1. Log in to your NEXT customer account.
2. Go to the "Coverage" tab in the menu and select "Coverage followers"
3. Select "Add a follower" and enter the name and email address of the third party you’d like to add as a follower
4. Click “Submit”.
The third party will be added to the list of coverage followers, where you can remove them at any time by clicking “Remove” next to their name.
Please note that once they’ve been removed, the third party won’t appear in your list of coverage followers and they will no longer receive notifications when you make updates to your coverage.
