A Premium Audit Statement is generated once the audit is complete and provides a detailed breakdown of how NEXT adjusted your premium based on your actual payroll. If your reported figures match the original estimate, no action is required.
- Overpayment: If you've overpaid, you will notice a difference between the two premiums. A refund will be owed to you and we will close out the audit initiating a refund to the card that is on file. If you’d like a check, you must notify us before we close out the audit.
- Underpayment: We may have found a significant difference between premium paid and now you owe us premium. We have many different payment options to help out. You can use the card that is on file, with that payment option, there is a 2-8 month payment plan. If you’d like to pay in full, you can use the card on file, a physical check or an ACH transfer.
