You can make a missed payment or update your credit or debit card information anytime through your online account or mobile app. We do not accept prepaid cards or payments made through your checking account.
To make a missed payment or update your card information through your mobile app:
1. Log in to your mobile app.
2. From the main menu, select "Billing."
3. To make a missed payment with the same card, select "Retry payment."
4. To update your card information, select the blue pencil icon in the "Payment Card" section.

2. Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "Billing."
