Open your email in a new tab or check your text messages to retrieve your code. We recommend searching through your spam folder for the email with the verification code, as sometimes our emails are incorrectly filtered. Adding email@example.com to your address book/contacts can ensure that our emails are not sent to spam in the future.
Head back to the login page and enter your verification code.
If that doesn't work, we recommend clearing your internet browser history and cache and re-attempting to login, or attempting to login through a different browser.
