To check your billing date in your mobile app:
1. Log in to your mobile app.
2. From the main menu, select "Billing."
To check your billing date in your online account:
1. Log in to your NEXT account.
2. Go to the "Account" tab in the menu and select "Billing."
You'll be able to see the exact date your credit card will be charged each month.
If there is a better time of the month for this payment to be processed, please contact our customer service team by clicking “chat with us” at the very bottom of the help center page. This is the quickest way to talk to a team member.
We will get you set up with a new policy with an effective date closer to your desired time of the month.
