If you’re a policyholder, you can file a claim any time by logging in to your account and clicking “File a claim” under the "About us" tab. You can expect a call from us shortly after you submit a claim to go over the details.
If you do not have a policy with us and are filing against one of our policyholders, please follow the below instructions.
To file a claim as a third party:
Visit nextinsurance.com/claim-page/ and fill out the "Not a customer, but need help filing a claim?" form.
Alternatively, you can send us an email at email at newclaims@next-insurance.com with all of the claim information.
Our claims team will follow up with you from there.
